1. Who we are — Approach 365 (“we,” “us”) is a 90-day weight-loss coaching program operated from 10055 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33498. Contact: hello@approach365.com.

2. What you’re buying — The Approach 365 90-Day Transformation: weekly meal plans and grocery lists, 1,000+ recipes, live cooking demos, a personal coach with weekly check-ins, daily accountability in the Approach app, a private member community, and the Approach Plate + Starter Kit (shipped free after enrollment).

3. Payment — $349 pay in full, or 3 monthly payments of $133 ($399 total). Payment-plan members are billed $133 at enrollment and $133 monthly for two more months. All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. Your card is only ever charged for the plan you selected — nothing else.

4. Access — Your login details arrive by email within minutes of ordering. Program access is for your personal use only — please don’t share your login.

5. Coaching & results — Your coach provides guidance and accountability, not medical advice. Approach 365 is a nutrition and lifestyle program, not medical treatment. Consult your physician before beginning, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication. Results vary based on individual effort and consistency.

6. The guarantee — Our 90-Day Do-the-Work Guarantee is described in full in our Refund & Guarantee Terms. In short: follow the Approach protocol for 90 days — log your meals daily in the app and check in with your coach every week — and if you haven’t lost weight by day 90, email hello@approach365.com within 14 days for a full refund of your program fee.

7. Acceptable use — Don’t share program materials publicly, resell access, or harass coaches or members. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approach 365’s liability is limited to the program fee you paid. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes — We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active members.

10. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
