Refund & Guarantee Terms

1. The 90-Day Do-the-Work Guarantee — We’re confident in the Approach, so we take the risk: follow the program for 90 days and if you haven’t lost weight, you pay nothing.

2. What’s required — To qualify, during your 90 days you must: follow the Approach protocol (your weekly meal plans and program guidelines); log your meals daily in the Approach app; check in with your coach every week. We verify participation through your app logs and check-in records.

3. How to claim — If the scale hasn’t moved by day 90, email hello@approach365.com within 14 days with the subject “Guarantee claim.” Include your name and enrollment email.

4. What you get back — A full refund of your program fee. Pay-in-full members receive $349. Payment-plan members receive a refund of all payments made (up to $399). Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Outside the guarantee — After the 14-day claim window closes, program fees are non-refundable. The Approach Plate + Starter Kit is yours to keep.
